 Order Status
Because of the great demand for the Razor Motors, we are now
quoting 2-6 weeks for shipment, from the time you place your order. Please do
not make status inquiries until that time has past. This only applies to direct
retail sales. Dealers can expect 4-6 weeks because of the larger sizes of their
orders.
Please excuse the additional delay because of our move. We were out of
production for the weeks of Aug 4-15. Please accept our apologies
We are a very small company, and we are trying to overcome
the shortages the best we can. The more mail, or calls that we get that ask
"when will my order ship", the longer it takes to ship, since Matthew
basically does everything, except some book keeping.
Matthew is also out of town roughly one week per month to attend trade shows,
etc (and sometimes even take time with the twins). If your calls or email is
not answered in 5 working days, please forgive us, but try calling again, and
resend the email. The number of phone messages and emails has become
overwhelming. While we are growing, we are not big enough yet to staff up, and
get a bigger facility. Please bear with us through our growing pains.
